The Conference on the Future of Europe has been launched to allow citizens from the 27 member states to discuss and suggest policy proposals through local events, panels, and an online platform, in order to shape the Future of Europe. EURACTIV takes this opportunity to launch its "Debating Europe's future" Twitter Chat. Each Twitter Chat will be about one of the CoFoE panels' topics. The second edition will tackle the "A stronger economy, social justice and jobs / Education, culture, youth and sport / Digital transformation" panel.

Our Twitter account @eaPolitics will share the following questions on Twitter and invite you to share responses using #eaPolitics:

Q1. How can we improve the knowledge of the EU in school?

Q2. How can the digital transformation help improve democracy?

Q3. What do you think the EU should prioritise spending on over the next five years, and how should the EU pay for this?

Q4. How can the EU ensure equal social justice for people with disabilities across all the member states?

Q5. How is unemployment in your local area and how should the EU help?

What is a Twitter chat, and how do you join?

A Twitter Chat is a discussion between Twitter users that get online at a pre-arranged date and time to discuss a specific topic using a designated #hashtag (for this chat it’s #eaPolitics). The hashtag links the questions and answers in a virtual conversation.

As the host of the Twitter Chat, @eaPolitics will post questions identified as Q1, Q2 and so on, to prompt answers from participants, which are identified as A1, A2 and so on. We will moderate the answers and ask follow up questions to participants. Please be sure to use the #eaPolitics when answering the questions.

The Twitter Chat will last about an hour. The best way to see the entire conversation is to search for the hashtag #eaPolitics on twitter and switch to the "latest tweets" tab.
